Actually?....Yes, that is a very fair example of a pre war "Hope" style tree, c. 1850's- 1860's. The shape of the pommel, horn, low cantle and the stirrup leather's mortice holes are representative of that pattern in that era. The leather rigging is all wrong and likely a later add-on. Ken R Knopp
