I know that some cavalry groups will occasionally allow a guest to ride with them, and I would like to know if there is a group out there planning on portraying the 9th VA Cavalry at some event, perhaps next year? I have kin who served in company B (Caroline Dragoons), and I'd like just once to portray one of my ancestors (not too much call for the 5th Missouri anywhere, especially here in the East).
