I am not sure if anyone here is interested in it or not, but I have finally come up with a solution for blanks for the Taylor's 56-50 Spencer.
It requires minor modification of the extractor, but only requires minor filing that does not affect its performance.
It also uses commercially available brass that run about .50 a piece.
E-mail me if you would like the info. I don't want to post it out because it does require some gun smithing and I don't want to be called out by anyone because I caused them to mess up their carbine.
Admins, feel free to pull this, too, if it goes against a forum rule or two.
