    Sorry Dan, but I don't think your going to find much love for dismounted (as in there are no horses anywhere in the equation) cavalry on this forumn. Szabo's site would be a little more dismounted cav friendly if that fits you better.

      Here Here Chmeler! I have large roweled spurs that would be a major hazard for anyone who isn't pigeon toed (like myself). They are held on my boots by dove wing style straps and the only way on or off is to take off my boots and slide them off the tops. I wouldn't be doin that. Now those short and stubby federal brass spurs seem to be designed for walking, of course they have straps with buckles so they could be easily removed.
