I recently found this limber chest while playing music in Oregon. It was in a small town
at the end of what was the Oregon Trail. The people that had it thought it was a wagon seat
and told me that it came from a family from that moved to the area from VA in the 1880s.
It even has remnants of the fuse chart.
Has anyone ever seen a limber with leather lid? It does have an arched top.
Thanks,
Todd Osborne
