New to the forum and to the hobby. I am interested in portraying a Confederate Artillerymen mid-war. Not having much luck (due to inexperience?) finding the proper trousers and jacket. Red piping versus stripes? Trousers blue or gray? any help will be appreciated. Just been in a reenactment and was not happy with the portrayals I saw. I would like to be correctly attired and maybe the other people in my group will follow suit. I would eventually like to find a group locally that has the desire to be correct in their portrayals.
