Fellow Travelers,
For those that ordered BGR event Tshirts, they arrived at my house
today and are already safely in the vehicle. Wonderful things ---Jay
and Dan did a fabulous job on these. I like 'em and I don't like T-
shirts.
The Simpsons and Burns will be in here late tonight. We will
overnight tomorrow night in Vicksburg, be on site Sunday and start
setting up. We expect Raquelle's family in before dark on Sunday as
well.
The Siddalli family and the Bruce family are both expected on Tuesday---
please remember to check with me for appropriate locations before
setting up.
We expect Larry Bretton sometime on Wednesday.
Both the Walker family and the Morgan family will be unable to attend.
The Walkers are closing next week on the sale of their home and moving
closer to us, and we're exceedingly grateful for that. We look forward
to seeing them at Perryville on the Farm.
The Morgans are sidelined as Mr. Morgan recovers from recent surgery.
We are greatful for the recent excellent report he has received. The
Morgans have done a tremendous amount of logistical work for this
event, and much of their gear is attending without them. Without their
generosity, much of this would not have happened. We'll see them again
at Selma.
Don't forget your medical form (still available in our files) or your
site map (additional copies available on the BGR site.)
Traveling Mercies to you all.......
