Today's site visit went well, and we look forward to populating the land late next week. I'd go into detail, but from years and years of attending these events, you have a good idea what takes place beforehand. While on-site Dusty and I found something of interest, and to some it may become a post event photo-op prop of great humor and irony.
As a reminder, this is a preservation event, and that is one reason the registration fee was set as low as it was, so as to encourage you to bring some healthy donations. They don't all have to be like that $10,000 check a fellow donated as a result of the Glendale-Malvern Hill event earlier this year, but don't show up penniless, either.
Also, as we are a little over a week from the start date, this is a good time for the federals to review the various event related correspondence that has settled in their email boxes over the past couple of months.
See you in a few days,
