If you plan on writing or having someone write you a letter please address the letter in the following way:
Company A 32nd Iowa
Reserve Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division
Distric of the Southeast Missouri
That is all. Nothing else should be on the letter.
Make sure the envelops, paper is of correct period construction and type.
Bring them to registration.
Also here is a schedule up to the time the event starts.
At the Parking Lot
9:00 am Early Weapons Inspection and Squad Drill/school of the soldier
10 to 12 Lunch and “hanging out” time
12:00 pm Battalion Evolutions and Battalion Inspections
1:00 Leave for the Fort from the Parking Lot
