When I returned from church on Sunday and found that he was already working, I was so impressed. Whoever he was, he's a credit to his parents! I am ever so grateful to have had him.
Deborah, I had a great time being your clerk. It gave me an actual purpose to being in the village besides joining the militia. It was good having something to do with the time not spent drilling.

Did any one else notice that Dawson had straw all over his coat all weekend long . Even in church.

Guess once a horse fella always a horse fella.

        Deborah,

I did get a little bit of grief when I got home, gushing about the counter-ful of treats (especially the chocolates filled with the liquer), and yet had none to share...how was I supposed to not eat them?

          Hello All.

All that I have to say is that it was a wonderful event and that I can not wait to return. Maybe next time Mr. Rod, Mr. Tim, and I can talk some of our mess mates into comming with us.

I think I need to move a little farther north :tounge_sm

It sounds like you all had such a great time. I wish I could have made this one. :( Looking forward to Athens though.

Great pictures, Trish! Thanks for posting. I responded to this thread but since I'm still in "moderated" status guess it didn't show up. Anyway, to repeat everyone one here I had a great time. The highlight of my weekend had to be the evening social on Sat. night. What fun! Thanks Deborah and Larry for the dancing instruction, and Carl and Forrest for the excellent music and entertainment. And of course a big thanks to Silvana for making the event happen. Can't wait till the next gathering!

                  Hello All

                  Great Pic's Trish.

I was wondering if anyone had found a copper cup more then likely in the carpenters shop?
