Just a couple of last minute details about this coming weekend.
1.Our camp will be located at the Thome-Benning House. If you arrive and I/we are not yet there;just sit under a shade tree and wait for us. We will arrive at Athens around 3:00 pm Friday.
2. This weekend the Officers and NCO's are:
Captain Andrew Goode (He will be arriving late from Kahoka)
1st Lt. Harrison Holloway
2nd Lt. Archibald Campbell
Orderl E Stoltz
2nd Sgt Lem Ellington
Cpl. David Cravens
Cpl. Still needs to be filled
Cpl. George Hall
Cpl. Jake Wickham
Musician Hiram Bogum
3. Meals will be prepared by James Smith and the citizens of Athens.
4. Drink plenty of water!
5. Don't count on resting to much.
6. My computer no longer works at home. If for whatever reason you have to talk to me please call me at 319-341-5885. Call before 8:00 Central time. Also, I am leaving Iowa City at 1:00 tomorrow. If you call after that...
