Good day all,
I wanted to give a heads up on a Civil War/Confederate Ball we are hosting on SATURDAY MARCH 14, 2009 at the Gettysburg Hotel in Gettysburg, PA. This ball is being held to benefit the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
The hotel has graciously donated a ballroom and other space for a silent auction, plus refreshments. We'll have a band and other activities going on as well.
More details are to follow. Please plan to attend this event. It's open to the public, so we can take this opportunity to educate the "civilians" on how much enjoyment we get out of reenacting and how educational it is for the kiddos!
