Foraging Parties

IMPORTANT: If you are raising a Foraging Party for the event, you must contact one of the Division Ranking Officers to let them know of your intentions. Before we open registration, we want to make sure that we have a complete list of those officers who are raising parties. We need this information as soon as possible. Reminder - Each Foraging Party is slated to have twenty-five soldiers, including one officer, one sergeant and two corporals.

Just bumping this to remind everyone. We are gathering the names of people raising foraging parties and want to make sure there aren't any stragglers that we don't know about before opening registration. So far, we have fifteen foraging parties accounted for. Again, please contact your division commander as soon as possible if you are raising a foraging party. Thanks!

Everyone:

Before we open registration, we want to make sure that we have a comprehensive list of those individuals who are raising foraging parties so people know who to contact when they sign up. If you are raising a foraging party for Bummers, you must let us know by this Friday - November 7th, or you will be left off the final list. To notify us, you must contact the division commander of the regiment that you intend to portray.

Also, remember that the regiment you intend to portray is not reserved until there are at least twenty people registered for that party. Registration is not complete until we receive the registration form and the registration fee.

The mechanics of registration have already been completed. This is the last piece to the puzzle to get registration open. Thanks everyone.

We have twenty individuals who are raising foraging parties and are finalizing the list. Thanks to everyone who has gotten in touch with the division commanders so far. Tomorrow is the last day to add your name to the list if you intend to raise a foraging party. The division contacts are listed at the beginning of this thread.
