best fried chik-en is the Big Chick across from 1st Baptist Church in Thomaston south of the squar. they eban have soom of the best Sweet Tea around 2-3 cups sugar per mixing. While ya'll are there one block back on the big Chick is the Thomaston Archives.

just found out they have the 46th Ga flag it sure is perty.

Then you should have flown with the group of 22 men in Confederate uniforms from Nashville to the 1998 135th Gettysburg event. In uniform, consolidating muskets and accouterments into suitcases inside the airport, knapsacks as carry-on luggage.

The trip back was also in uniform and the smell was horrendous. I unbuttoned my jacket on the plane, got a whiff of myself and buttoned back up. I apologized to the lady sitting next me.

You know, I am mighty glad to see that signature "Old Cleburne's". It gives me some vocabulary that works in my head.

While there are some nice guys in the 'new Cleburnes' , the use of the name made me nuts from the beginning. The previous bar raised is so far out of sight that it will be a number of years before those wheels get reinvented.
