  • Replacements For Bummers

    Friends,

I alluded that we had decided to take replacements for Bummers last week. I want to tell you how it works again.

    1. Everyone who participates in this event must pay a registration fee. No trading of
spots or fees are allowed. Thus the reason for being a preservation event.

    2. If I receive a registration for a closed party, I will inform you of such. Yes, the
party may close while your registration is in route and it has already happened to
three men. I will give you two options: (A) Find another available party, or
    (B) Ask a leader of a closed party if they know of anyone now not attending.
Both of you need to contact me at bummers2009@yahoo.com and let me know
the situation. You must notify me. I will work with you. You just need to send
    me the fee and form.

One question I am getting is about the number of folks going over 25 on the registration list. I want to make it clear that any party over 25 on the list includes everyone that has ever registered for the event. I am keeping everyone on there because the fees are not refundable and they have given towards preservation. I have allowed two extra spots for all parties for ones I received on the day it closed or something I have worked with party leaders.

I'm trying my best to be fair to all parties, and of course we want them to balance out. If you don't get the party of your choice, please choose another. There are no refunds, so we hope you just choose another. I know I can't make everyone happy, but you are going to see your friends no matter what.

Thanks for understanding...only 4 more days!

Just a bump. I want to make sure you understand that parties will have no more than 27 men, even though the list may say so.
