    Deadline for Payment OCT.23rd

    Friends,

    We at Bummers greatly appreciate all who registered for our event. However, we have to set a deadline date for payment so that we aren't tied up with that issue just prior to the event. In good faith we allowed folks to register and pay later. Yes, this tied up spots on capped rosters and such, but we took that chance. It has worked out very well. For those of you that still need to pay, we ask that you do so by October 23rd. I will begin removing unpaid registrations the next day. We will not fill those spots!

    You can pay by two methods:

    1-send a check for the amount you have chosen (torch or not) to
    Bummers 2009 Event

    Mason, Ohio 45040

    2-go to www.paypal.com and "send money" to bummers2009@yahoo.com.

    Send any questions to bummers2009@yahoo.com.

    Hey Ken, Eric, etc.

    I still need to pay, but now that the registration form is locked down, can't find the amount???? ($30?, $35?, ?19.95 and a set of steak knives?)

      Here ya go Jay:

      If you pay by PayPal, just use the bummers2009@yahoo.com e-mail for your payment. Registration through PayPal is $36.50 or $48.50 if you also want a Preservation Torch. If you are sending your payment by mail, it is $35.00, or $47.00 if you would like a torch. Basically, there is a $1.50 charge for PayPal.

      Hope that helps... Steak knives are optional. :D

        Sure this helped several...... (Tribes kind of tied up my attention for a spell...)

        Short of a coming AAR, refocussing on Bummers and the rare Federal impression now...

          I signed up for the preservation torch at Bummers, now what exactly is it? Do we literally get a torch to carry for the weekend or what?

            Yes. Anyone who purchased a "Preservation Torch" will be given the torch at the beginning of the event. What will it be used for, you might ask? Hmmmm. We'll see. :D

                Thanks Eric...Looking forward to it. Can I bring it home with me after the event as a symbol of my retaliation against the blue belly's

                (Those that know me in the hobby know I do both sides so if I was going blue for the weekend, I'd be picking on the greybacks (Rebs)).

                  Yes, we figured they would make fine souvenirs. Maybe you could get it signed by some of your comrades at the event. Heck, you can name it if you want. Makes me wonder what Woodburn would name his torch? Anyone have some good name ideas? The "Staff of Mars"? "The Georgia Match Stick"?

                  We will have some extras at registration in case anyone wants to buy one.

                  Ginsu knives not included.

                            We worked at the site this past weekend and came up with a name for Matt's torch... "Lucifer".

                              Just to let everyone know that we updated the registered page with all those who have paid and some other minor changes through yesterday. We will continue to update the list through this Friday, October 23rd, which is the last day we will accept payments. Anyone who has not paid by that date will be dropped from the list.
