Hey Everyone,
I am happy to report that the event staff is onsite making the final preparations for this weekend’s fun. They did discover one small issue which might make it a little difficult for some to get to the site if they are not prepared.
As many of you know we had a lot of rain the last two days thanks to IDA. As a result the bridge on Dripping Rock Road coming directly from Highway 74 is currently flooded. Not to worry though the site can still be accessed from Thunder Springs Road which also connects to Highway 74. Here is a link to a map on Google for a better view of the roads leading into the site: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...,0.076303&z=14
We have a day and a half for things to dry out and recede so there is a good chance that by tomorrow this will have solved itself. But the event staff wanted to warn everyone just in case. Don't worry about the event itself. It is on high ground and has not been effected by the recent rains. All is good.
See you all tomorrow. Safe journeys to all.
