We have some official announcements to keep you updated on the progress for the event November 13-15, 2009:
1) We Are Proud to Announce the Commanders for "Bummers" in 2009:
Federal Commander - Art Milbert - Western Independent Grays
Confederate Militia Commander - Robby Mitchell - Armory Guards
Wheeler's Cavalry (Confederate) - Coley Adair - Critter Company

Note: We are contacting potential citizen participants directly. Please do not contact us at this time regarding citizen participation.
2) We Have Started the Reading List for the Event. It can be found by clicking here. We will be updated the reading list with more information soon.
3) Official Vendors - Rob Gibson of Gibson Photographic Gallery has agreed to be the official wet plate photographer for the event. You will be able to get your image as a "Bummer" or "Georgia Militia" at the event.
He joins Missouri Boot & Shoe, LD Haning & Company, Ezra Barnhouse, Homespun Wares, J. Blunt Clothiers and Robert Collett. To visit the official vendors for "Bummers", please click here.
