What truly made this event good for me was the fact we were surrounded by good people. Col. Moffet did a dandy job as did our Sgt. Major. Then you look at our company. I think we were in with the best group I have ever thrown in with. It was great to field with all, and even better to get to know them.
Phil it was a pleasure walking those trails and choking on horse crap and the dust from the rest of the infantry (we were always tail end Charlie it seemed) with you. I look forward to reading your article.
