I've gotten a few inquiries regarding the registration process.

2. Payment by check or M.O. Make payable to: Brian Hicks
3. Registration fee: PayPal: $16.50 Check or M.O.: $15.00
4. If you have problems downloading the registration form, e-mail me with all of the information requested on the form (in the same order as on the form) and I'll accept that in lieu of the actual form.
5. Please write your e-mail address very clearly when writing on the form you send me. I am e-mailing each registrant a confirmation of receipt once I have both the registration form, and the fee.
