One more week gentlemen.
Anything registrations which receive after 1 Feb. must be postmarked on or before Saturday, 30 January.
A few reminders:
1. We will issue rations pre-dawn on Saturday morning. You must fend for yourselves for Friday night.
2. Contrary to a rumor I have heard. We will be providing water to the participants.
3. If you arrive before 4:30am on Saturday, we will get you to the step off point. If arrive after 4:30am on Saturday, you have missed the last shuttle, and will not be able to join the columns.
4. Be prepared to cover 16-20 Miles over moderate to challenging terrain. This is a moving event. There will be no 'camp guards' because there will be no camps.
5. The Commanders will not know their routes, nor their orders until pre-dawn Saturday morning. (They won't even know where they are starting from until they arrive on Friday).
6. Neither side will have any idea as to how many men are opposing them. They will only know what their Brigade or Corps HQs informs them in their written orders which they will receive pre-dawn on Saturday morning.
7. Additional written orders will be issued to the Commanders as required, throughout the event.
