Federal registration for BTB has been slower coming in than Confederate. To help keep things from getting to lop sided, we have decided to suspend Confederate registration as of Saturday, July 24, 2010. While even numbers are not required for the experience we hope to provide, completely lopsided numbers however will make it hard to recreate the atmosphere we are striving to achieve for this event.
So any Confederate registrations received via email or post marked by July 24, 2010 will be accepted. Those received after will be asked to go federal, be put on a waiting list, or will be refunded. Also keep in mind we are trying to keep company numbers close to 30. To allow for drop outs and such, companies will be allowed to register up to 40 men. Once they reach that number the company will be closed and new registrants will be asked to go into an alternate company.
Confederate registration might reopen once Federal numbers increase to a more equitable level. The event staff appreciates your understanding as we work hard to create an event worth your time, effort and money to attend. Please feel free to contact me at trippcor@bellsouth.net or any of the event staff if you have any questions or concerns.
