Civilians at Joining the 1st

Deborah Hyland is heading the civilian effort for this event. The ladies of the town had promised Genl. Thompson that they would raise funds and build a hospital for Confederate soldiers in New Madrid. Activities will involve that attempt plus Deborah has some other ideas.
