    Re: Registration open

Cody, I guess I'll join the Band!

Seeing as how my officer's deserted me and left me in Texas, I'll be calling on my friend from East Texas to help me through the hard times.

Now what did I do with those pesky mess kettles?

Cody, I just registered, I need to ask myself now, how the heck am I going to get there? Hey Rob, can you fit me under your hat? :) Heck I think you have a longer trip than me!

        Rob,
It is good you registered. It will be even better when you arrive. There will be no mention of your true feelings about Texans until you are on site.

Uncle Tom, there's documentation for my feelings of Texians.

          Reading is fundamental.

All ladies in Houston and surrounding counties who have cloth on hand, which they can spare, are requested to donate it to the ladies of Crockett for the purpose of making petticoats for the Minute Men of this county, who have "backed out" of the service. We think the petticoat more suitable for them in these times.

Not time specific to the event, but interesting nonetheless.

Might want to find them sooner rather than later. You'll want to ship those bad boys. They don't do well in either carry on or checked luggage.

And the dents from that experience is why I acquired that second set. Wouldn't do for dinner to leak out. :tounge_sm

                      Kevin,
I'm not sure on the total registered as I don't have the forms here at my house, but I can tell you that there is a good ration of Texans to Feds. If all the people who have said they were planning on sending in registrations actually follow through we will be near the max numbers I posted earlier in this thread.

My enfield cartridges are holding steady.....busy with planning the event. Thanks again for making them for me and I'll see you in November.
