I just wanted to keep everyone apprised: 38 hardcopies of the Newsletter for Company G were sent Wednesday of this week. You should have some extra reading for the weekend. More to come electronically.

Also, I am working on transcribing Hugh Miller's account of the battle so that all on the AC may see it. Miller's account not only aids Company G, but also specifically effects the Cherry Creek Rifles and the O'Connor Rifles.

      Cameron,

If anything you come across can be used by the F&S in reference to rations, casualties, and the like, please send along!

      Cheers,

        Re: Newsletter Sent

Thought I would post an electronic copy of our Newsletter that was mailed a couple months ago. The next newsletter will be at your doors shortly. Hope this helps as I did not have email or mailing addresses for everyone at that time. Also, note we do want you to bring weapons and leathers to Carnton. There are a couple of drill items we will need to go over that involve weapons. Right now, we have registered right at 37-40 participants for the spring muster. I would like to see more, so please plan on coming out.
