  • Reminiscence of Martin Wells Andrews, Cherry Creek Rifles

    Guys,

I stumbled across this in my research regarding Company G. It is located within the Mississippi State University Library, Special Collections, Civil War Manuscripts Division. I thought our friends in Company I might like to inquire about acquiring a copy and posting any pertinient Manassas information. I also thought someone on this forum might have Reading Room access at MSU, as well. Anyway, below is the link and a description of the manuscript. After you click the link, and are on the MSU site, scroll down to the "M's" or click the "M" at the top of the page and you will be directed to the description. Hope this helps Company I.

Thanks for the link. Besides the Martin Wells Andrews manuscript, the Mississippi State University Library has some other very interesting Confederate manuscripts and letters in their Special Collections.

I have ordered it but haven't gotten it yet but it is only a one page "collection."
