Duty Companies for Friday at Manassas

Gentlemen,

We are needing duty companies for Friday at the event. The companies will fill 1 hours slots starting at 1pm, and ending around 11pm.

"These duty companies are to be available if a tasks comes from our Staff or from Brigade HQ."
Some of the tasks could include;

Registration details
Parking Details
Wagon details (loading, unloading)
Firewood details
Commissary details.
Ordinance details

We will not perform any duties between 5 and 7 pm so that we can have time to form companies, issue rations and then form the Regiment.

The schedule will look like this.

1-2PM**Company F
2-3 " " Company H
3-4 " " Company I
4-5 " " **Company G
7-8 " " Company A
8-9 " " Company B
9-10 " "**Company C
10-11 " " Company D

This will leave 2 companies (E, and K ,who have the farthest to drive) left that can pull duties on Sat.

Duty Companies for Friday at Manassas

Gents,
This is a proactive measue on out part as Regimental staff to prevent the impact to the 2nd when the minimal tasking come down on Friday. This will not be a full on duty as a company, but more of a fair approach to answering the call of the brigade duties.

More than likely it will not be needed but in my opinion it better to be prepared than the oposite.
