gentlemen- Again the hosts of Sky Meadows are allowing us to use the park as a drilling area prior to the event. If you would like to have your company show up to the park as early as weds they will have a home. There are 5 historical building that you may occupy, also numerous fields to conduct drill. All the fields will accommodate large numbers.
Intent is that Commanders may have a opportunity to drill their company and continue to improve on the unique impression. Subsistence will be on the company and not provided by the regimental quartermaster dept. Water is on site, and fire wood is ample.
Again if company commanders are interested in coming out we are recommending Weds-Friday as a Window you may use the park. Also note that the park and the event site are 20 min apart. Intent that that the regiment will be closed and prepared for a consolidation/formation at 6pm on Friday in the field to the south east of our camp. I will publish the camp map presented and vetted through the brigade in a follow on post for everyone situational awareness.
