Leadership positions within the company...

I for one think this event is going to be a blast, and would love to serve as a corporal to heighten the experience. When are NCO's going to be selected, and what process if any is there to throw your hat in the ring? Resumes? Reputation? References?

I will warn the company commander that I am a Republican though...
