Adams' state reserves, and the citizens of Selma who were "volunteered" to man the works. Altogether this force numbered less than 4,000.

We are working on the opportunity to allow this adjunct to camp on the grounds of an 1852 southern plantation (with guard duty) a few miles from the site Friday night. More to follow. There is ample opportunity for first person interaction in the works, as well as in town prior to being escorted into the works. Rations will be issued in the defensive positions to the adjunct.
