Just a quick blast of information:
The weekend of March 31-April 2 has been selected for the event at Blakely! We already have commitments for two Federal Battalions, numerous pieces of artillery for both sides and have capped Confederate Infantry Registration at 80. There will be a website for the event launching in a few weeks, complete with a paypal registration link to make the process easier for participants. You will still need to email or snail mail a copy of your form to the appropriate coordinator (Brian DesRochers will be handling the Confederate Registration and Walter Cook will be handling all federal registration.
There will be a march for the federal participants Friday night (about two miles) into your works. As with 2015, skirmishing will take place throughout the evening and into the next morning/day.
