Per the press relese poster, if you enjoyed it, or would like to see it again, or would like to help us get the series going contact the national geographic channel and let them know you liked it... their e-mail is: comments@natgeochannel.com

I know the b'hoys at Wide Awake and the fellows on contract would love to make this a full time series.

As far as showing not on Nat Geo...that is tough as Nat Geo owns the program. WAF only shot and worked on the series...the editing and script were all done through another production company.

I thought the show was very good but I was a bit disappointed that it was all from a Federal perspective.

Wide Awake DVD maybe? I don't get cable or dish or anything, but I love the Wide Awake productions. Let's start a wave ~

Wide Awake can not sell the shows. They do not own the footage. This series is only a pilot series...so it might end up on the floor if enough of the drums are not beat for it!

Yep, Ole Sam (of 12 year-old-drummer boy fame who gets blown up all the time ala Wicked Spring) made his adult acting debut in this... got killed five or six times- at least once in every regiment portrayed, wounded twice and damn near captured the entire Cornfed Army. His G-G-Grandaddy must be rolling in his grave.:confused_

The photograpy was phenominal, especially considering there were only about thirty enactors involved in the making of this. Hope more are to come... so Wide Awake can keep Sam out of my wallet!

                All,
I did see this and was very impressed, and mentioned to my son that it was obviously some quality living history folks doing it, as I didn't know before that it involved AC and Wide Awake. Great work, quality, and now it makes sense.
I too am waiting for the next broadcast.

Yes, well done work. By using the refresh button and advancing the time bar when it froze I was able to see the whole video on youtube.
                      Thanks for the link.

Your best bet to watch it now would be HULU as suggested above. It has great picture quality even at full screen.
