Daley is really busy, and usually backed up on orders. Try the phone a few more times, I usually get him that way

I've never had a problem with Mr. Daley and it irritates me to see people lump him in with other "dead beat" vendors. The guy works full time and has young children, give him a break or learn to sew.

I really appreciate your defense. It means alot to me to read the e-mails and PMs of support asking me not to give up on the business and thanking me for the garments I've produced in the past.

Shelby has been waiting patiently a very long time for a vest from me. If I haven't responded to e-mails and phone calls from a customer, they have a legitimate right to complain.

There is no denying I have a delivery and customer service problem and I'm trying to work through them.

In the meantime, please consider e-mailing me and calling me. I do respond to e-mails and phone calls, but I'm a one man show and it just takes me a LONG time. Sorry, if anyone has another solution, I'm all ears...
