You will still have to seek relief from the court to overturn legislation in locations where the governing body will not bow to the will of the SuCo and the rule of law.

Maybe this ruling will make the idiots (legislature) here in PRK start to do some thinling about getting after criminals, not normal citizens who want a gun. I am quite happy with this decision.

While I am just as happy as you are about the ruling in the Heller case, it has little if anything to do with topics on the AC. I would recommend moving your discussion to any of the many forums dealing directly with gun issues.
