    Ladies and Gents,

Almost six years have past since my mother was given the news that she had terminal cancer. I've never see anybody fight harder than she has. Three weeks ago the doctors stopped treatment. My mother is currently be cared for at home through Hospice. I was told today that we only have a few weeks to go. I'm asking for everyone's prayers, for myself and my family but mostly that my mother will finally find peace.

    Thanks so Much,

    Greg,
Ive never met you nor your mother but you can be assured I will keep her in my prayers DAILY.
Times such as these are tough on a family but hopefully everyone involved can find peace through the many prayers headed your way from the AC community.
    Sorry to hear such news.

I went through something similar with my father a few years back. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Hang in there!

Been there myself more than once with family members. Hospice is wonderful and it takes a special person to be one of the hospice workers. My prayers are with your mother, your family and the hospice workers. May the Holy Trinity provide all with comfort.

I will pray for your mother, and your family. My mom died in 2000, 7 years after a breast cancer diagnosis. Those last days have no comparison to any in my life; I hope and pray they never will, either.

                      Re: Prayer Request

I lost my grandfather last April to kidney failure and my cousin in May after a four year battle with ALS/Lou Gehrig's.

Christ himself walked this path of sorrow. Good Friday eventually led to Easter Sunday, but there was a great deal of suffering in between.

I will keep you in my prayers. Know that the saints of heaven are praying as well.

I lost a wife to cancer. As it progressed it got harder & harder to deal with, but that is what you do when you love someone. I do believe in prayer. She saw angels all around her. My prayers are with you and yours.
