Can anyone else confirm that notion?

This has proved to be false. North and South Magazine featured an article on this subject about a year ago and found that it's true only about a third of the time.

        Hi,

I went over to Bull Run today, to see the battlefield for the first time, and you were all right. That statue is one ofthe funniest looking thing I have ever seen. It looks like Jackson, before the war, was a weight lifter.:wink_smil

They had the Olympics so maybe, just maybe, he was in the Olympics before the war. Instead of teaching at VMI which they thought he did he was planning to be in the next Olympics. HE MUST have like a six pack or something! :wink_smil

What happens if all 4 hooves are off the ground? Maybe we could use that for the generals who fled Ft. Donalson and left Gen. Buckner holding the bag..:D
