OK, I checked the search function and couldn't find anything relevant to what I was looking for:( so I thought I'd ask all of you were the best place is to get caps for your gun. and how much they go for. thanks in advance:)

Might be obvious, but I have had luck in your standard local small town gun shop. Earlier this year, I stopped at a place near the coast of Maine and I asked the owner if he carried them and he brought me around the counter to show me what he had. They had a couple 200 count packs of the German caps for $9.95.

Consider buying a sleeve or two, because if you are having trouble finding percussion caps locally, then chances are you aren't alone.

Another cool feature is the "Similar Threads" locator at the bottom of this page, but it tends to pick up stray threads, too. Sometimes this feature leads to more chuckle than info, but it can be useful.
