  • Happy New Year to You all....

Ladies and Gentlemen and those of you from Texas,

    Happy New Year.

With that said, I am looking at this year with a different approach to this hobby. I am looking at "getting back to the basics" with my Unit, and enjoying this hobby to the Max.

With that said, what are you all going to do different?

Happy New Year from NC! As for what to do different within the hobby, I plan on getting myself and my guys out to better events. We have the heart, look, attiude, but not the 100% push from behind to get us out of our rut.

Gotta play it by ear for my schedule this year since I will be going to 11 weeks of Air Force Training (from May 19th to Aug 4th).

Attending Piney Woods might be easier that getting off from work for Bummers for this year. I'll try my darndest to get off for Bummers, though. Yikes!

Anyone want to carpool to Piney??? Give me a holler if you live near me...

            Happy New Year!

Re: Happy New Year to You all....

This year is limited, heading to the Sandbox in the last half of the year. Like Jonny, I have the ANG commitments, though only 2 weeks of school and an ORI.

So, I guess continue to read and work on my sewing.

                Yea Marc,

I am with you. We are on the list again for 10...as Bob Dylan sings, "Bringing em all Back Home." We are a Medical Redeployment Unit.

But as far as reenacting, like I said earlier, focusing on the basics, focusing on the "enjoyment factor".
