I just bought this book and can be purchased through the Eastern National Parks bookstore. I got mine at Shiloh in Oct 2008. Printed and bound by Vaughan Printing, Nashville, TN. It is hardbound and 224 pages. Hope this helps. $22.00.

By far the two most ballanced and accurate are Hurst's and Wills'. However a good ballanced critical study has yet to be done, either the works are hit pieces or they worship him.
