  • Who Was that Tin Smith?

Once upon a time, oh, about a year ago, I purchased from an AC Approved Vendor, 2 coffee boilers. These were basically a cup with a bail and no lid, but featured 'ears' that were hand made by that fellow whose name I can't mention here. These were iron ears, made by hand, that really set these little boilers apart from the others.

a recent search of approved vendors does not show him, and darn if I can remember his name. He had a beautiful reflector oven that I want to get for my wife for her civilian impression.

    Who was that masked man?

    thanks in advance

Those were sold by me and made by John Peterson of Otter Creek Tinware:

They were really beautiful works of art. Like so many items that passed through my hands to yours I will always regret not keeping one for myself.
