Last summer I bought the book, Skim Milk Yankees Fighting, the story of the August 1861 battle of Athens, Mo. It was an outstanding read. I agree, Camp Pope has some dandy books. Happy to see many relating to the Trans-Mississippi.Robert W. Talbott -
