  • Hand Painted signs?

    Greetings

I am in the market for a hand painted sign for my farm, done in a 19th cent. fashion and font. Search didn't bring up much. We have a Greek revival house and would like to keep with the theme of the 1860s.
Any thoughts or recommendations would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

If you do a web search for "Civil War Fonts" you'll get more hits than you can shake a stick at -- and many are free. I use the Civil War font sets from Waldenfont: http://www.waldenfont.com/product.asp?productID=4 They'll cost you $39 and you'll have them forever.
