Enfield lockplate

I have an Armisport Enfield. Can anyone tell me if an original lockplate will fit correctly and look right or not?

I had an A/S Enfield, and got an original 1860 Tower lockplate for it years ago. Still have the lockplate. Every part fit except the mainspring. Bear in mind your results may vary quite a bit, as Enfields were hand made by many makers, and the parts weren't often interchangeable. Ordnance personel had a hard time fixing them when they broke or took minor battle damage. This was one of the few complaints about these rifle-muskets from the era.
