Well, I think the script writers nailed it...only authentics would dress someone down for being out of character/unathentic to the period, and then start complimenting him on the authenticity of his uniform...what a hoot!:wink_smil

Not to worry.... good news! You gents can still complete your ensemble for under 100 bucks! (And the best part- those pants can even be used for your 1930s football player/golfer impression too!)

127 takes?? My Gawd, I got tired of hearing Capt. Dye's voice at the "Last of the Mohicans" filming. I can only imagine.....

That may just be the most incorrect thing that I have ever seen.I like how it looked nothing like Gettysburg, and they saud they had 28,000 men when they really had abour 50 or so.AND they had Picketts Charge on July 2.

Almost as bad as the old "Time Tunnel" episodes. Almost.

Did I hear him say they had been reassigned to another Corps, under the command of Pickett? Perhaps it's becoming clearer as to why Gen. Lee lost this battle. Besides, something's just wrong about a commander with the nickname of "Meatloaf" leading men into battle anyway....
