Harry Aycock and Chris Fisher are two more mid-atlantic gents who are very detail oriented, history oriented, enjoy talking about their subject, and are all around nice guys... fairly sure they are on here somewhere.
...and yes, you won't go wrong with Noah, either.

I saw a guy at Hale Farm a couple of years ago that was doing an awesome ambulance corps impression, but can't remember his name.

I would like also to put a plug in for Noah Briggs. I have seen him at a few events and was much impressed. Also try contacting the National Museum of Civil War Medicine in Frederick Md. I am sure George W. or the staff thier could give you some leads as well.
