Colleages,

I have made several attempts to contact Chris and he has not returned my inquires. Is he OK? I spoke with him back in mid April about making me a Jacket for use in the Fall. However, he has not responded to me since.

If anyone can get a hold of him, ask him to drop me a line or contact me.

Thanks for your concern. I'm doing this part time these days, but I still get upwards of 70 e-mails a day. I do my best to get back to people, but working part time I need to split my time between answering e-mails, sewing and being a good dad/husband.

I'm not taking any new orders until my back orders are caught up. Still desperately working on this. I haven't taken money from you on this order and won't until I'm caught up on my other orders. I have your request (size, color, style) on file and will contact you as soon as I have a free moment to start on the order.

Sorry for being out of contact. I know for you (and the rest of the hobby) it can be a frustrating experience getting in contact with me. I'm sorry about that, if you have any suggestions, comments or ideas on how I can serve you better, please let me know.

No worries; thanks for the response. I'm glad to hear that all is well with you. Please let me know when you can get to my request. I won't need the Jacket until October.
