  • Who was at Kennesaw?

No, this question does not have an answer to be found in the OR's, if only I'd do a little research:p

Saturday-Sunday, June 27-28, there were several groups participating in a living history at Kennesaw----including a group with 4 equines that were on the pickett line by the time I wandered out there, having spent several hours viewing the Witesman's marvelous collection of original clothing.

I sure would like to get in touch with the owner of that little short-legged mule on that pickett line. Got a few questions.....

Yassir, I used to be Mrs. Lawson. I still run period dyepots, knit stuff, and cause trouble.

I'd be interested in that. too. I am fairly certain it was none of us. The 7th is sorta on sabatical for the summer, Scott Wortham's boys maybe? Vern the mule? There aren't many others around this part of the country who frequent this forum, if you catch my drift...

It was Myers Brown, Jesse Bailey, the Armstrongs, and Alan Winfrey. They set up at Kennesaw every year for the anniversary.

I wish that I could have made it to the Kennesaw event, Myers and his guys do a first rate cavalry presentation.
