Richmond Depot Officers

Could anyone suggest a good source or have a listing of the officers that work at the various departments at the Richmond Depot? I know the Depot had the clothing bureau, ordnance, etc and I have some of the names of the officers who work ed and were assigned there. But, I don't have a complete listing. Does anyone know of a reference that would give a listing of the officers and the positions they held?

The "Richmond Depot" is the train station in period references

Capt O. F. Weisiger ran the Richmond Clothing Bureau.
