Need a little help

Can anyone help me identify what type of buckles these are. A friend of mine has them, and was wanting some info. I have looked at all the usual relic sites. The CSA rectanlge one appears pretty common. I am most interested in info on #2 as I have personally never seen one, and cannot find any info on it online. Most of these had the wreath it appears. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
