*I hope this is the right section for this*
As I was walking from my final college class of the day today I noticed a homeless man on a bicycle. He was adorned with a myriad of doo-dads and a bright orange knapsack. What caught my eye was what appeared(from a cursory glance) to be an original Federal cap pouch on a belt around his wasit!!!!! As soon as I realized what I was seeing I began to shout for the man to stop, my thought being that i'll buy it from him; he'll get to eat and I get a very nice artifact......well it only made him pedal faster. Who knew that a homeless man who appeared to be in his 70's could pedal so fast!!! After about a block I broke off the chase. Just goes to show ya' Civil War artifacts turn up in the strangest places.

P.S. this was in New York, far from any battlefields, but home to the 124th NYSV "Orange Blossoms" makes ya wonder.........
